Megaman 9 is both Retro and Multi-Platform

Well, the recent announcement of the retro style Megaman for the WiiWare was not only a pleasant surprise for me. More like straight out fantastic news. Even more fantastic is the recent announcement that confirms the newest blue bombers release as a multi-platform title! Jump and joy people!
Every next gen console owner will be able to buy the game from the download service of his preference! Me? I’ll go for the xbox live arcade version… why? Why, for the achievement points of course!
And speaking of mega people, don’t forget to check out my incoming Megaman Starforce 2 review, coming *hopefully* this Monday!

Call of Duty 5 screens look like… war!

After the recent announcement of Call of Duty 5 (now named “World at War”), here come some nifty screenshots.
Strangely enough, the graphics don’t look all that fantastic. However, it appears that 4 player online co-op will be available for PS3, 360 and PC. Wii owners will have to deal with what Treyarch has called “a special cooperative mode”. More screens and press release here

It’s not like I never considered buying Ninja Gaiden 2 in the first place. But this video sure does convince me, for some reason, that this game really is worth my bucks… Could it be all that blood?

Me? I’ll go for the 360 and DS versions. Sorry, but the “cool” control scheme isn’t enough to convince me on the wii version, I wanna see those force graphics as good as I can.

Entire SF2 cast confirmed to return in SF4

We already knew that most of the Street Fighter 2 cast was coming back in Street Fighter 4. What we didn’t know is that actually everyone in the fighting classic is returning for a second chance! Exciting! Especially when you notice that this means our favorite Russian Wrestler is back… ugh…
