
Well, the fact that ultra slim =/= ultra fast is nothing new, but could we all imagine how slow the new Macbook Air is when it first launched around last week? Probably not.
Engadget tested the “world’s thinnest laptop”, and the stats are quite overwhelming.. Does it matter? Engadget says nay.. I say YES!
The super slim Mac retails for a whooping $1800 (with very few optionals at disposal) yet its specs pale compared to other Macbooks that are years older. Sure, nobody buys a laptop expecting a powerhouse out of it, but seriously Steve.. 1.6ghz?
